All about the role:
As Maintenance Engineer, you will make sure that the Maintenance team receive clear guidance and can contribute to our purpose to shape living for the better in a healthy and safe environment. As part of the Management team, your decisions and suggestions will be strategic. The business will move forward thanks to how well you managed to synchronize your team goals and activities with other departments

What you'll do:

- Sets plans and programs for periodic and preventive maintenance for all factory tools.
- leads the execution of the maintenance plans and programs to ensure the continuity of nonstop production for long time.
- Analyses tools failures, diagnosing its causes, suggesting suitable treats and reporting to operational production manager.
- Coordinates with production department ways of failure notification to schedule repairing without stopping the production line for long time.
- Participates in setting technical specifications for all spare part needed to be purchased and contact the manufacturing workshop for manufacturing spare parts with special specifications.
- Audits weekly and monthly for all maintenance activities.
- Sets ways of protection for unused production tools and releasing related instructions.
- Leads electric and mechanical team leaders and supervisors and their performance and supplying spare parts and maintenance requirements.
- Leads the performance of inspection engineers and developing their reports.
- Coordinates with the purchasing dept. to provide mechanical and electric spare parts of the frequently consumed parts and keeping them at the warehouse to ensure their availability.
- Revises the maintenance contracts for all factory equipment’s and ensuring documentation by suitable way to facilitate their revision.
- Trains workers for equipment’s maintaining techniques, failure causes, prevention and their remedy.
- Motivates and evaluating the performance of maintenance dept. employees.
- Follows all working techniques and instructions according to quality programs requirements.

- Writes periodic reports on the performance of all factory equipment’s and suggesting modifications and developing techniques by the coordination with production dept.
- Participates in setting the maintenance dept. budget by the coordination with factory general manager and financial dept.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical) major.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment
- Fluent Spoken and written command of English language.
- Strong Leadership skills, preferably including Leading/Managing/Mentoring Others experience
- Strong Logical and analytical thinking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment
- Problem solving skills through innovation and creativity

- Sharkia Governate
- Egypt.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day activities.Knowledge of MV and LV switchgear, protection, control & SCADA system panels· Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus · Evaluating risk, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the organization such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, reduce business liability. · Qualification for Quality and Safety: Design, develop and deliver BU quality, safety process and regulatory topics, including related training. **Overview**

Responsible for the production and warehousing operation maintenance and engineering activities. Ensures that all production and facilities assets are properly maintained and operational to meet production requirements. Oversee all planning involved in asset upgrades and new expansions/installations

**Responsibilities**

1. Prepare and execute departmental budget for staffing, spares, consumables, major equipment overhauls and new initiatives2. Performs the analysis and identify the maintenance function priorities and goals to deliver the AOP3. Ensures efficient maintenance and up keeping of all buildings, grounds, service and production equipment4. Develops the proper control procedures for maintenance such as work orders, work schedules, equipment listing,machinery.5. Institute an effective preventive maintenance program to ensure efficient production operation within cost targets6. Consults with production personnel to determine equipment operating and maintenance needs7. Oversees major projects construction and installation activities8. Ensures the support facilities (CO2, boilers, HVAC,) uninterrupted operation to meet production demand9. Ensures that the maintenance workshop provides timely support to the production operation and other functions10. Ensure safe operating conditions exists throughout the facilities. Promptly correct any unsafe conditions11. Sets maintenance team performance standards and aligns the organization12. Coordinate maintenance resources across facilities13. Coaches and provides constant feedback for development and improved operation14. Utilize visual factory concepts to control and organize the work

15. Develop staffing and skill building plans to build technical mastery16. Lead problem solving activities and coaches the maintenance team on process improvement

**Qualifications**
- Mechanical/Electrical engineering degree from a recognized university
- 5 - 7 years plant maintenance or engineering experience
- Project management skills; Timeline, budget, resource management
- Effective people management and communication skills
- Proficient with computer usage
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic
