We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the Oil & Gas sector and proven expertise in EPC project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of EPC projects, from conceptual design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, to handover.
- Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Oversee and coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), and quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Monitor and control project risks, costs, and progress, implementing corrective actions where required.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or equivalent); a Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- 10 -15 years of proven experience in Project Management within the Oil & Gas EPC industry.
- Strong track record of delivering large-scale EPC projects within the O&G industry.
- Egyptian nationals preferred.
- Previous interaction/experience with Aramco is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of EPC contracts.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills with experience managing multi-million-dollar projects.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with international HSE and quality standards

The Eastern Hemisphere team supports activity in more than 10 countries on projects as diverse as deep-water production in the North Sea, early field development offshore West Africa, and large-scale waterflood developments in the Caspian Sea and Middle East. Reservoir Engineers in our team utilise their reservoir experience and classical reservoir engineering methods to collate data from the field, ensuring it is properly analysed and integrated into the team's current understanding to inform decision making and the appropriate reservoir management and surveillance activities are planned and implemented.
What You Will Deliver
- Working closely with the Regional teams to deliver and coordinate technical input to the ADP including evaluation of development options and informing key triggers / dependencies in unlocking resource progression.
- Provide technical support and guidance in delivery of projects and progression of resources.
- Conduct and oversee simulation modelling studies, working closely with the Global Modelling Team.

What You Will Need To Be Successful
In addition to holding Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Petroleum Engineering or similar, it is important that the successful candidate also demonstrates:
- Ability and experience to apply good judgement to achieve technical outcomes.
- Capability in classical (IAM suite, PIE, etc) and modelling ( TDRM, Petrel) reservoir engineering tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral), to multiple layers in the organization.
It would be beneficial to also have:
- Track record of establishing networks across functions.
- Knowledge of Subsea production systems.
- Knowledge of BP's ADP and project progression processes.
- Experience describing and evaluating cross functional uncertainty analysis and the effects on development plans.
