- Manage/Follow-up with the distributor's frontline teams to achieve the set strategy and align with the head of distributors on the tactical plans to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.

- Track BDAs with Key Chain customers and conduct monthly/quarterly meetings to review performance and agree on YTG activity plans, while tracking BDAs on-ground execution and collaborate with S&CM team in all in-store activations/installations for POSM materials (primary – secondary).
- Ensure the implementation of Pharmacy monthly promotions/initiatives program to achieve budgeted sales targets for the Key Accounts.
- Communicate/Track the Sell-out data by customer against agreed sell-out programs.
- Analyze Key Accounts stock condition in terms of DIH, Expiry, and healthy/NPI stock levels by category to ensure maximum efficiency of supply, smooth payment and reduce returns.
- Provide support/guidance to distributor Key Account teams to upscale the Key Account Management in terms of communication, performance and service providing.
- Create monthly sales memos and align them with finance and S&CM teams based on the annual grid and share it with the distributor team.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of experience in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Strong background in sales fundamentals, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding business targets.
- Skilled in data analysis and leveraging insights to drive commercial performance and decision-making.
- Demonstrated team management capabilities with the ability to coach, motivate, and enhance distributor frontline productivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of commitment, ownership, and accountability towards achieving business goals.
