Oncology Senior Product Specialist is responsible for the sales performance of the Astellas Oncology portfolio on a National level having expertise in disease area and product knowledge. Develops scientific partnerships with Health Care Physician (HCP) and other community healthcare professionals and diverse healthcare decision makers to ensure the safe and effective use of Astellas marketed products
Meet the assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned portfolio and geography.
Delivers disease education programs and product information within assigned therapeutic area; advocates for evidence-based product differentiation and changes in medical practice, including guideline implementation
Removes scientific barriers to enable the sales organization to effectively promote Astellas products

**Essential Knowledge & Experience**:
Substantial experience in a direct field sales role working with a Global Multinational Pharma organization in Egypt.
Preferably knowledgeable within Oncology or have experience in any other Specialty Care.
Excellent communication & presentation skills and ability to develop and maintain good working relations with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to influence and work effectively within a matrix and multi-cultural environment

**Preferred Knowledge & Experience**:
Experience managing both private and government sector would be highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel & MS PowerPoint in particular)
Fluency in English and Arabic both written and spoken.

**Educations/Qualifications**:
Bachelor in Pharmacy or equivalent

We are seeking a dynamic and professional technical expert, who enjoys multi-tasking in a fast paced environment. In this position you will be focused on the technical advancement of leading-edge solutions for systems design, modeling and requirement verification management in the electronics domain. You will work closely with customers to demonstrate a mixture of products to solve their enterprise level challenges to digitally transform. You will need to be engaged with multiple customers and issues concurrently, and be very effective at building trusted, high credibility customer relationships. The customer interaction is all level of design engineers as well as higher levels of management. You will align with account teams to establish thought leadership and highly differentiated positioning for the EDA product portfolio. Sales support roles include product demonstrations, evaluations, and competitive benchmarking. You will play an active role in account planning and working as part of the account team. The team develops new classes of solutions to customer problems based on their insight into the customer needs that ultimately result in revenue.

Your new area of responsibility - challenging and future-oriented
- You will support a broad breath of tools to realize MBSE driven design and verification workflows. In your role you will support the EDA products in solution flows with other Siemens DISW offerings, identifying and determining revenue generating possibilities.
- The primary objective is to work with customers to realize the implications of digital transformation and guide them to a new paradigm of continuous decomposition of design and verification.
- You will function as technical representative for Siemens EDA supporting revenue generating activities, while promoting customer and market realization of the best-in-breed digital engineering technologies and solutions of DISW.
- Leading business and technical relationships with Siemens EDA’s existing customer base are part of your daily business
- You will deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to a range of audiences, from users to managers to decisionmakers
- You will identify current and emerging design challenges. You’ll connect these challenges with Siemens EDA’s technical solutions and you'll drive market feedback to product development and marketing teams to evolve the next generation of methodologies and solutions
- Coordinating or leading resources in the sales and product divisions is part of your role to accomplish above responsibilities -
- Your Qualifications
- You have experience with multi-board electronic system design, as well as the IC, FPGA and packaging design and verification flows.
- You understand physical and electrical characteristics of all layers of electronics implementation
- Developing a network of technical relationships at a peer-to-peer level with both our customers and the Product engineering teams is easy for you
- You have scripting programming experience
- You’re flexible and open to business travel

In contrast to a typical AE that might focus on local accounts with an established product line experiencing either market share growth or a strong market position, the Product Specialist is a Product/flow expert assuming responsibility for a region (Americas/Japan/PacRim/Europe), tasked with growing market share by introducing new products into the market to add new revenue streams. The role often requires significantly more Field/Factory collaboration, travel, and leadership in engagements that last longer than an annual quota cycle for products to be deployed and show appreciable return.
