- Design and deliver a wide range of HR programs that support employee development, engagement, and retention

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years as People Partner or Tech Talent Acquisition Partner
- Solid experience in tech talent acquisition is a must.
- Experience in a tech start up is a must.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and take a proactive approach
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Thorough understanding of human resources related laws, regulations, and compliance procedures
