About the role
Provide support and clerical expertise to the People & Culture Department, responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant, or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
What you will do
- Assist with planning and executing employee events such as annual parties, staff appreciation events, and service awards.
- Maintain and elevate the recognition program.
- Create and publish employee communication documents.
- Assist with recruitment from start to finish, including job ads, postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage HRIS (Workday) system and complete data entry accurately. Handle benefits enrollment and share updates with hotel team members.

- Perform administrative tasks such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.
- Run monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including auditing.
