**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with cloud-based data storage and computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
