Job Purpose:The Channel Development leader is responsible for managing and optimizing the sales channels - By leading the resource allocation plan through developing channels strategies, creating channel / customer plans and managing channel activities budget.
As a Channel Development leader, you will be responsible for creating and executing channel strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. You will work closely with cross functional teams such as field sales, customer marketing and strategic demand leadership functions to increase channel effectiveness and achieve the overall objectives.
Key responsibilities include creating annual channel / customers plans, negotiate key agreements, manage channel's budget and engage key customers around Mars strategies and key initiatives execution.
You will also be expected to develop joint business plans, set channel performance targets, monitor results, monitor and report competition activities to continuously improve plans.
The role requires excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
