**Responsibilities**:
- Single point accountability deals with all the departments within the org according to the business management system.
- Reviews and analyses ITT Documents and requirements by identifying the services that will be done in-house and others through a 3rd Party.
- Responsible for building up the “CTR” identifying the cost elements & recommended prices for Management approval.
- Ensures that the company’s commercial interests are protected in all proposed offers by adopting the “CTR” format to price all proposed offers.
- Reviews / evaluates and negotiates 3rd party proposals and quotations.
- Preparing ITT’s clarifications /exceptions and attending clarifications/negotiation meetings with the Client to best serve and protect the Company’s interests.
- Set up tender review and approval process which communicates, reviews and manages risk across the tender process.
- Handover a copy of all the tender documents along with the submitted package and all correspondence with the Client and any 3rd party if any to the operation team according to the business management system.
- Primarily responsible for introducing and selling Company products and services to new accounts and expanding business sales to existing accounts in order to meet the sales and profit goals for the territory or customer base.
- Develops and improves relationships with all customers in order to maintain and grow Company business.
- Working with Marketing, Operation, R&D and other teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Working with the Marketing team to update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with all Client and Customer updates and opportunities.
- Responsible for all pre-qualification and registration processes within the Clients/Customer database to ensure being invited for any tender invitation/opportunities.
- Provide functional supervision to the team, as appropriate.
- Coordinate with Internal Auditors/ External Auditors and ensure that all documents for the completion of audits, as and when required.
- Perform any other related activities as directed by Management and in accordance with Company policy.
**Specific Duties for Subsea Pipeline Systems**:
- Liaise with the task force team (Engineering, SC, Operations, etc. ) to develop the tender execution. Strategy.
- Identify the key Operations deliverables to support an effective tender submission through the development of the schedule, cost comparisons, vessel and personnel operational requirements.
- Support the PMT in developing the baseline Project schedule.
- Support the PMT in preparing and reviewing the Technical Documents (procedures, drawings, rigging and sea fastenings design, schedules, etc. ) whether it is part of the tender document or needed to be submitted as a package of tender submission if required,
- Support the Project Manager in producing cost estimates for the tender elements and workpack.
- Participate in the definition of the required offshore spread and other related services for the project/tender.
- Support the concerned team to select 3rd party services such as vessels, diving spread, onshore activities, pre-commissioning activities and other related services by preparing SOWs and reviewing technical offers.
- Coordinate and consolidate all inputs from multiple disciplines (Engineering, SC, Operations, etc. ) to support the development of the operational planning.
**Requirements**:
- BSc. in Engineering in Subsea, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Min 10 years of experience with extensive offshore experience in EPCI projects and having worked onboard pipelay/construction vessels (ideally previously Field Engineer or similar).
- Very good knowledge of subsea pipeline engineering, including industry standard codes
- Familiarity with recognized industry engineering software
- Very good Knowledge of tendering management.
