Desired Candidate Profile- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in human resources consulting or a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven experience in HR (consultancy or in-house).
- Familiarity with HR best practices in recruitment, compliance, and performance management.
- Strong communication & people management skills.
- Preferably previous experience in travel & tourism.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.

Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled
HR Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in
Human Resources management
, with proven expertise across key HR functions and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute organizational development (OD) strategies that foster growth, performance, and cultural excellence.
- Provide expert HR consultation across talent management, performance evaluation, employee relations, and engagement.
- Design, implement, and maintain HR policies, frameworks, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
- Lead OD initiatives and change management projects to enhance organizational effectiveness and adaptability.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and international HR standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning to build strong talent pipelines.
- Partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with strategic goals and drive sustainable business outcomes.
- Promote a positive organizational culture by driving engagement, communication, and development programs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5–9 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to
Organizational Development
. - Previous experience working with
Gulf or international markets
is highly desirable. - Strong communication, advisory, and problem-solving skills.
