This Role in a Nutshell:
The Global HR Director is a senior HR professional with international HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and coaching to the Global HR Services team on handling of complex issues or inquires
- Partner with operational leadership to deliver best in class HR Services
- Manage assigned client base ensure key metrics and SLAs are adhered to
- Identify improvement opportunities in HR processes to drive efficiencies within our HR Service teams and for our clients
- Resolve client escalations and actively work with clients to improve engagement
- Facilitate the processing of employment contracts, policy documentation, and handbooks to meet client needs
- Provide guidance and advice on country legislations, employee relations matters, and key project such as restructuring, workforce reduction, mergers and acquisitions
- Support client with performance, absence management, disciplinary and grievance
Skills and Experience Required:
- 4+ years strong international HR experience
- 2+ years in a consultative client facing role
- Proven track record of dealing with senior level executive leadership, up to and including C level
- Exceptional communication skills, multilanguage skills a plus
- High degree of success leading complex projects
- CIPD, SHRM, or other relevant qualifications desirable but not essential

**Your role and responsibilities**
- Configure and maintain SAP Payroll (PY) including schemas, rules, and wage types.
- Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, including pre-payroll activities, simulation, posting to FI, and post-payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g. tax, social security, labor laws) based on country-specific regulations.
- Support Compensation Management, including salary structures, merit increases, promotions, and bonus plans.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll integration with SAP FI/CO and third-party vendors.
- Maintain HR master data and ensure data integrity across Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
- Provide technical and functional support for SAP Payroll issues, including investigation and resolution of payroll discrepancies.
- Create and maintain documentation for configuration, process flows, and user guides.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts, including testing and training.
- Support audits and reporting by delivering accurate payroll-related data and documentation.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and Compensation Management.
- Strong understanding of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and infotypes.
- Experience with SAP Time Management (TM) and integration with Payroll.
- Payroll (ECP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of integration with SAP FI/CO and experience in payroll posting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
