We are seeking a highly skilled
Oracle ERP Developer
to join our team and support the development, customization, and integration of Oracle E-Business Suite applications. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across all major Oracle ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HRMS, etc.), strong experience in Oracle Application Framework (OAF), and hands-on knowledge of Oracle APEX for modern application development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain customizations and extensions across Oracle ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, PO, OM, INV, HRMS, etc.)
- Develop and enhance OAF pages and components to extend standard Oracle E-Business Suite functionality.
- Build low-code applications using Oracle APEX to meet business needs and enhance user experience.
- Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, packages, and reports (BI Publisher, XML Publisher).
- Integrate Oracle ERP with third-party systems using APIs, Web Services, and REST/SOAP interfaces.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in custom and standard ERP functionalities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and other technical teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Follow Oracle AIM / OUM methodology and ensure code quality, documentation, and version control best practices.
- Participate in upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle ERP Technical Developer.
- Strong expertise in technical components of all major Oracle ERP modules (R12 or later).
- Proven experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle APEX (latest version preferred).
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and Workflow Builder.
- Familiarity with WebADI, Oracle Alerts, and personalization techniques.
- Understanding of Oracle ERP data models and table structures.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and XML/JSON data integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle certifications (OCP, OAF, APEX) are a plus.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP is a plus.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

The Senior Oracle ERP Developer is an experienced technical professional, who understands business solutions, industry best practices, who is engaged in multiple business processes and technology designs within the Oracle Applications supporting products and technologies. You should have experience in implementation or support of large to medium Oracle Applications implementation projects. You are able to operate independently as a part of a software development team, providing high-quality work and handling complex tasks.

- Create and design needed integration solutions for EBS and other systems.
- Prepare the appropriate technical documentation.
- Work on regularly support tasks and Production issues.
- Optimize performance of PL/SQL blocks and SQL queries.
- Design and implement needed reports, forms, programs, APIs, and/or ERP technical needs.
- Create DB scripts using standard APIs required for data uploading and modules' integration.
- Optimize performance of PL/SQL blocks and SQL queries.
- Design and implement the required EBS forms and OAF pages' personalization and Customization.
- Attend business meetings and engage with other teams to address solution needs and gather business requirements.
- Design complete complex technical solution based on business requirements.
- Design and implement ERP BI Publisher Reports.
Who You Are
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS ERP R12 development.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical knowledge in Oracle applications, SQL and PL-SQL is a must.
- Strong knowledge in OAF, XML, BI Publisher, Oracle Forms and Reports, AME, WF, Personalization, is a must.
- strong Oracle APIs and Interfaces knowledge.
- Expert in SQL Performance tuning.
- Java, webservice, Microsoft ETLs, SSIS, Visual studio, SQL server knowledge preferred.
- Technical skills with an in-depth understanding of the underlying data flow and functionality in Oracle modules (GL, INV, SCM, OM, FA).
- Shows strong analytical and problem-solving skills, agility, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, understanding and apply SDLC process.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, open minded.
- Led or engaged a full implementation cycle, project leadership experience.

Your role
Within our Enterprise Technology & Performance Practice, we focus on providing application expertise to support specific areas of a project; namely functional testing, data migration and application configuration as well as working to provide client advisory services.
