Key Responsibilities:
System Ownership & Support
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion ERP modules relevant to real estate (Project Costing, Financials, Procurement, Property Management, HCM).
Provide Level 2/3 support for application incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Manage integrations between Oracle Fusion and other business applications (CRM, Sales Portals, Property Management systems).
Solution Design & Implementation
Translate business requirements into technical designs within Oracle Fusion.
Configure, customize, and optimize ERP modules to align with real estate development operations.
Drive enhancements, upgrades, and patching activities while maintaining system stability.
Project & Business Alignment
Work with Finance, Projects, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure ERP supports project lifecycle: land acquisition → construction → sales → handover → revenue recognition.
Support business process automation, reporting, and dashboards tailored for real estate KPIs (cash flow, project profitability, sales collections, etc.).
Participate in vendor evaluations and third-party solutions for integration with Oracle Fusion.
Data & Reporting
Develop and maintain OTBI, BI Publisher, and dashboards for management reporting.
Ensure data integrity, master data governance, and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure system security, access management, and compliance with IT policies.
Document functional and technical changes, configurations, and user manuals.
Support internal and external audits related to ERP.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Oracle certifications preferred.
Experience:
5-7 years of experience in Oracle ERP Applications, with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Strong background in real estate development, property management, or construction industry.
Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Project Costing, Procurement, and Property Management modules.
Knowledge of Revenue Recognition (IFRS 15) and real estate project accounting practices.
Experience with integrations, OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and workflows.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to bridge IT and business users.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
