About the Role:

Real Egypt is seeking an experienced
Operations supervisor

to oversee our Dahabiya Nile Sailing operations. This role ensures the smooth daily functioning of all Dahabiya operations from embarkation to disembarkation, delivering an exceptional and seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full operation cycle of Dahabiya Sailing: scheduling, pre-departure checks, logistics, guest services, cleanliness of the cabins and disembarkation.
  • Lead and coordinate
    on-ground teams

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
