What You'll Do
• Develop clear project plans and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for major initiatives.
• Translate goals into measurable Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) for teams and individuals.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools that track progress, risks, and performance.
• Coordinate across diverse operational functions to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Keep documentation and reports organized, transparent, and accessible.
• Support El Gouna's commitment to sustainability by integrating long-term value into planning.
What We're Looking For
• Strong background in project management (WBS, OKRs, dashboards, reporting).
• Proficiency with Digital productivity tools (CoPilot, Power BI and MS Projects a plus).
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams or departments.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Certification or postgraduate qualifications in project management, sustainability, or other relevant fields are a plus.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an External Operations, Planning & Follow-up Manager "مدير تشغيل خارجى" located in Cairo, Egypt. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating external operations, developing and implementing production plans, ensuring effective resource allocation, and streamlining processes. Key tasks include planning daily operations, managing production schedules, analyzing operational data, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work Hybrid in 10th of Ramadan
- Relevant experience in the textile industry is preferred
