Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in 6th of October for an Operations Engineer.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, planning and scheduling operations, and maintaining high-quality standards while meeting customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical design and production/manufacturing engineering.

Job Description:

• Execute the implementation and configuration of network security solutions for new and existing customers
• Deploy and integrate firewalls (e.g. Fortinet, Sophos, Palo ), WAF, VPNs, and other network security appliances.
• Implementation of EPP and EDR solutions (e.g. Kaspersky, CrowdStrike, Forti EMS…)
• Provide operational support for managed security services customers, including monitoring, health checks, and troubleshooting.
• Perform regular security device upgrades and patch management.

·   The CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
