The
Operations Supervisor
will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations involving
equipment and truck activities at work sites
, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe execution of tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and field experience to manage resources, monitor performance, and support operational excellence in line with company standards and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site operations involving trucks, heavy equipment, and field teams.
- Ensure proper scheduling, dispatching, and utilization of equipment and vehicles across projects.
- Monitor work progress on site and ensure operations comply with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment readiness and preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Oversee drivers and equipment operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and operational records related to site activities and equipment usage.
- Collaborate with project engineers, logistics teams, and site supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and government regulations.
- Support the Operations Manager in optimizing resource allocation and improving operational efficiency.
- Identify and report any operational issues, breakdowns, or delays, and take corrective action promptly.
Qualifications
- University graduate
, preferably in
Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
. - Minimum 5 years of experience
in
equipment and truck operations
within construction, logistics, or industrial work sites. - Strong understanding of fleet management, dispatching, and site operations.
- Valid private driving license
is required. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic operations software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle field challenges and lead teams effectively.

Job Opening:Facility Maintenance Section Head
Position Tasks:
Planned maintenance activities of the machines belonging to the auxiliary facilities in the factory- Planned maintenance of Generator, Compressor, Air Conditioner, Air Handling Units, MDB, generator & electric panels…etc.- Planned maintenance of hydrophore, treatment facility, forklift, and fire pumps- Maintenance of Machine and equipment within the plan of EH&S controls
Maintenance and repair of low voltage and medium voltage distribution facilities, Electric general breakdown, intervention at the authority limit.- Perform annual maintenance and tests of the substation and medium voltage- Responding to general electrical malfunctions of all machinery and equipment in the factory.
Maintenance and repair of telephone and alarm system
Reporting on downtime, consumption and actions that occur during the shift- Taking, implementing, and monitoring action to prevent malfunctions from recurring, - Recording downtime and spare parts consumption in the SAP system and ensuring the functionality of the system.
Team Leadership- Using appropriate methods and interpersonal styles to develop, motivate and lead the team to achieve successful results and business goals.
EH&S- To constantly monitor the department's occupational health and safety risks / environmental impacts. Notifying EH&S officers when there are changes- Informing employees about EH&S and ensuring that they act in accordance with EH&S rules - To ensure optimum energy and natural resource consumption in the field.- To have knowledge about WH production processes (P1-P2-P3, Critical & Special Processes) and production rules- Organizing improvement works to be carried out in the production area, - Participating in QCC, NYS or other similar activities, - To fulfill the duties assigned to him regarding continuous improvement activities, kaizen philosophy and other tools (Employee Suggestion System, Problem Solving tools, 5S, etc.), - MPPS ,Moto,7 Level activities etc. Having knowledge (if the person has auditor training (Moto, etc.) or audit experience, conducting audits and taking necessary actions).
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.- Experience 5 to 8 years in a related area.- Problem Solving abilities.- Team leading experience - CMMS Knowledge.
