AFC Site Manager

What are my responsibilities?

• Monitor the progress of civil construction works at the site (Package 1) and ensure their proper handover to Siemens Mobility before the commencement of AFC system installation.
• Coordinate with the Project Delivery Team to provide accurate forecasts of site readiness for AFC installation.
• Ensure that the AFC installation is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate the activities of the AFC installation and commissioning teams on site.
• Liaise with site supervisors regarding daily activities and ensure accurate reporting.

• Monitor and control all materials required for installation.
• Serve as the on-site interface for the customer and external suppliers.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication, Civil Engineering, or any equivalent field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Installation Management position.
• Preferably, previous experience in the installation or maintenance of Automatic Fare Collection systems, ideally in an international environment involving extended stays abroad.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating multiple teams.
• A background in the railway industry is a plus.
