We are looking for a Stockkeeper to join our Service team in Egypt with working place in Ras Ghareb and Gabal el Zeit areas.
As Stockkeeper you will be responsible for managing the warehouse with the aim to support an efficient and effective workflow on site to do service. You will report to the Service Operation Manager.
You are responsible for in
- and ongoing parts and will be identifying and taking care of improvement points. Optimizing the warehouse and delivery process in close cooperation with the other key players is also an important responsibility of the stockkeeper.
Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Data capturing of all warehouse under responsibility and related information on a regular basis
- To monitor RSPL fulfilment and automatic orders completion and escalate potential stock risks and material shortage
- To initiate manual purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items whenever required and not addressed by automatic order process
- Follow up issued orders with Material and Logistics Specialist
- Physical inspection for the new received materials to be sure that everything is aligned with the documents
- Sending incident reports in case there is deviations in shipments
- To receive (good Receipt) purchased materials and consumables and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places and keep an updated inventory
- To check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc
- To monitor weekly consumption and communicate deviations to the Lead Technicians and Service Operation Manager to complete missing Service Orders
- Check, Register and upload defect material to the system
- Prepare, pack, and establish packing list for return defect material and communicate it to Material and Logistic Specialist
- Stock check count / take on a monthly basis and annual inventory
- Upload and keep record of all Tools, calibration expiry dates, deliveries and dispatching of parcels. (Field ID)
- To maintain proper records of all warehouse related activities.
