Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and order follow-ups, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain detailed call logs and customer records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a call center or customer-service role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare field is highly preferred.
