- In line with the targets, standards and instructions determined by the General Manager, hotel management and Security Manager ensure security and safety across the facility, keep the related records and develop him/herself.
- Fully perform other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor and other seniors.
- Ensure the life and property safety of people is his/her area of duty.
- Greet guests, provide information and guidance to them and bid them farewell.
- Organise human and vehicle traffic and contribute to the communication between the facility and individuals.
- Keep watch and remain vigilant at all times during the day and night, gather information and submit it to the respective persons.

Additional certifications like CPR, First Aid, BHV or the use of AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) are a definite plus. A good command of English in both written and spoken and to follow safety & security rules and procedures without compromises at all times are essential.

Job Purpose:
The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring and operating the CCTV system to ensure the safety and Security of company premises, employees, and assets. The role requires attention to detail , confidentiality, and the ability to respond quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor live CCTV feeds and recorded footage to identify suspicious activities, safety hazards, or violations of company policies.
-Report incidents, security breaches or unusual behavior immediately to the security Supervisor
-Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and system operations.
-Ensure all CCTB equipment is functioning correctly.
-Adhere to company policies regarding data protection, confidentiality and security procedures
-Conduct routine checks on cameras , recording systems, and related equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or any Bachelor degree
- previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security-related role is preferred.
- Basic Knowledge od CCTV system and security procedures.
- Strong attention to details and observational Skills
- Ability to work Shifts, Including Nights , weekends and holidays
- Good communication and reporting Skills
- High level of Integrity and professionalizm.

Job Description
- In line with the targets, standards and instructions determined by the General Manager, hotel management and Security Manager ensure security and safety across the facility, keep the related records and develop him/herself.
- Fully perform other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor and other seniors.
- Ensure the life and property safety of people is his/her area of duty.
- Greet guests, provide information and guidance to them and bid them farewell.
- Organise human and vehicle traffic and contribute to the communication between the facility and individuals.
- Keep watch and remain vigilant at all times during the day and night, gather information and submit it to the respective persons.
- Carry out initial response to important incidents such as fires, sabotages, injuries, and fights and report the incident to the respective persons.
- Be respectful, moderate and polite to managers, seniors and colleagues.
- Pass on all relevant information to the next security officer on shift.
- Inform the Security Supervisor of all developments and events that take place in his/her area of responsibility.
- Is familiar with the procedures to catch and detain criminals.
- Ensure that all devices and equipment such as walkie-talkies, detectors, telephones etc. are maintained well, clean, charged and operating.
- Immediately inform his/her supervisor in the event of any bomb or suspicious package call and ensure security around the area where the bomb or suspicious package call has been made.
- Take part in the Emergency Response Teams.
- Ensure that the shift area is kept in a clean, orderly and neat manner.
- Pay attention to keeping logs and records in a proper and accurate manner and control the signatures.
- Monitor the entry and exit of furniture and equipment (inventory) that need to be removed from the facility for maintenance and repairs and file their records.
- Protect the hotel's guests from any external factors that may cause inconvenience.
- Gather information and pass such information on to seniors rather than disclose information to third parties.
- When writing an incident report, ensure that the report includes information about the person(s) who committed the act, its location, time, how the incident developed and its consequences.
- Ensure that employees entering into and exiting from the facility use their ID cards, identify and report to his/her supervisor employees that do not use their ID card to enter or exit, and monitor the situation accordingly.
- Control the units around the facility and report any suspicious persons or vehicles to his/her supervisor.
- Use the communication tools (walkie-talkie, telephone) for their proper purpose while on duty.
- Fully comply with the rules concerning shift changes and ensure that no problems occur.
- Ensure the security around the areas where explosive and combustible agents for entertainment purposes will be used.
- Make use of all opportunities for self-development. Eliminate any problems and shortcomings in inspections and controls and report any needs. Make every effort to be the best.
- To predict that all activities and to be purchased all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment, to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and shares the responsibilities, shares the individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings. To provide minimum consumption currently used all stuffs and equipment (paper, printed out etc.).
- To implement necessary warnings and departmental trainings in order to save energy inside the facility.
- To implement his responsibilities in order to eliminate and collect waste in a proper way, reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment.
- Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities.
- Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description
Qualifications
- Education: At least a high school diploma.
- Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in the related field. Experience in the industry is an asset.
- Foreign Language: Not required.
- Courses and Training: Prior attendance in courses and seminars in the related field.
- Computer Literacy: Not required.
- Skills: Expected to use basic tools and equipment related to the job. Expected to perform simple, specific and standard tasks that are generally repetitive

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Officer located in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings and equipment, and permitting or restricting access to the buildings. The Security Officer will also respond to alarms, provide incident reports, and liaise with law enforcement when necessary. Additionally, the Security Officer will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to create a secure environment for all personnel and visitors.
Qualifications
- Experience in surveillance monitoring, access control, and incident reporting
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures and protocols
