Key Responsibilities

• In-house Repair & Rework:

Execute precision repairs on returned units, including soldering and de-soldering of electronic components.

Perform component-level rework and thorough testing to restore units to a fully operational state.

• Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain records of all PDI, deployment, and repair activities in internal systems.

Contribute to the creation and refinement of technical documentation, repair logs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience:
1–3 years of hands-on experience in a hardware-focused role, with a background in electronics, power systems, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of batteries, particularly lithium-ion chemistries, and associated Battery Management Systems (BMS).

Good knowledge of embedded systems and hardware design.

Skills in manual soldering and de-soldering techniques.

Skilled in using electronic diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies for fault isolation.

Participates in the Integrated Design Team and provides expert advice for the requirements definition verification and validation.

Responsibilities
Management Skills:

• Directs the day-to-day activities of the ITV team for successful delivery of work packages.
• Plans, coordinates, and monitors the performance of the work, identifies and manages risks during all the Work Package
• lifecycle until the closure.
• Liaises with the Solution Engineering Manager and PMO for all aspects relating to the work package. Manages all work
• package activities (including those relating to risks and opportunities) to reach completion of the project. Establish priorities
• with SEM and PMO when unplanned work is being requested.
