Job Purpose:
The Production Section Head will be responsible for supervising and managing all production operations within their assigned Shift. The role ensures that products are manufactured according to quality standards, specifications, and safety procedures while driving continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. This position requires strong leadership, coordination with cross-functional departments, and the ability to solve production challenges proactively.
Main Accountabilities:
- Supervise and monitor production operations in alignment with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with product quality standards and specifications.
- Ensure full adherence to safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) throughout all stages of production.
- Review production variance reports, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
