Responspility

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the design, installation, and integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within the project.
• Review shop drawings, design documents, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate installation schedules and follow up with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of works according to project milestones.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, preparing snag lists for proper handover.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and liaise with consultants, clients, and contractors for solutions.
• Ensure that all MEP works comply with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Participate in coordination meetings with stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Provide technical support to the construction team and ensure quality control throughout all project stages.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of (5) years' proven experience in MEP coordination within large-scale construction projects (commercial, residential).
• Proficiency in design and coordination software such as #BIM and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, engineering standards, and project execution procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for an MEP BIM Coordinator. The role involves managing day-to-day BIM coordination, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of BIM processes within MEP models, supervising technical team production, coordinating issues, highlighting major discrepancies, and collaborating closely with architectural and engineering teams.

Purpose of Role:

• To oversee the end-to-end management of NAWY <> ROA venture construction projects.
• To lead and direct project management, technical costing, and execution, whether through subcontractors or the in-house team.
• The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while aligning with the strategic objectives of the business.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial plans for construction projects.
• Analyze project financial performance, tracking deviations and implementing corrective measures.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure cost-efficient sourcing of materials and services
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a track record of leading large-scale projects.
• Proven expertise in technical costing, resource planning, and project execution.
• Experience managing subcontractors and in-house construction teams.

The Technical Consultant (Electrical Engineering Consultant) is accountable for providing advice and consultancy on services related but not limited to data center and network infrastructure, business continuity, disaster recovery, information and Cyber Security. S/He designs, configures, tests and implements projects.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand customers' requirements and propose necessary actions and solutions
• Participate in the design, configuration and implementation of solutions provided to clients
• Take part in the development process of technical specifications related to offered solutions
• Implement software solutions recommending enhancements to systems and services while solving clients' complaints and inquiries
• Conduct User Acceptance Test with the client on the implemented solution
• Create documentation including implementation, design, best practices and necessary documents
• Provide post implementation support for the implemented solution during the stabilization period
• Follow through the different solutions and implementations to ensure the company methodologies are well maintained highlighting inconsistencies when needed
• Participate in upgrades and programming exercises and implementations
• Deliver technical trainings and promote a professional image of the company at all times

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Management Information System or any other related field

At least 3 years of relevant experience in designing Electrical solutions.

Must have experience in designing solutions for vendors like
ABB, Siemens, Hitachi and General Electrics (GE).
