Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Devices & Disposables Sales Specialist located in Tanta. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling medical devices and disposables to healthcare providers. The role includes identifying and creating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding customer needs, and providing product demonstrations and training. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

Selling and promoting of the Danish Widex hearing aids (HAs) & accessories to the private Audiology market, working with independent businesses, and national chains. Account management, new business development, identification of new customers/opportunities and competitive negotiation for the attainment of company defined targets & expectations.
Responsibilities:
Management of a defined geographical sales area. Agreement and attainment of measurable Key Performance Indicators (HA units, revenue, product mix). Working with management to forecast business levels for various customer groups.
Consistent visiting for doctors rate level (7 visits per day). Territory management and effective time management is mandatory.
Reporting & record keeping on a consistent and timely basis, including visible appointment scheduling, and tracking of activities in company system.
Product support, fitting and fine-tuning, working with customers and audiology specialists.
New product-related promotion, attendence at trade exhibitions and customer entertainment events.
