IBUG is currently looking for a motivated Account Executive to be a valuable member of our medical team. Maintaining a positive work atmosphere while guaranteeing high levels of communication and organizational performance is your responsibility. Organizing all assigned accounts, responding to customer requests, and conducting all required follow-ups are among the responsibilities of an account executive.

Responsibilities

  • Approval, audit supervisor (reimbursement and direct billing)
  • Follow up medical approvals, medication and x-ray etc. for the client.
  • Follow up the medical refund process.
  • Perform customer services and account management responsibilities which include resolving issues related to billing, making changes to the policies and responding to policy coverage related questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Determine reasons for requests for cancellations and workflows.
  • Maintain client files on computer system and use computer system to keep payments by clients and implement it on IBUG System.
  • Maintain proper level of communication and build effective relationships with clients.
  • Keep up –to date all pricing methods from the different insurers, rate forms and coverage changes.
  • Prepare comparisons between different insurance companies offers, till issuing the policy if needed.
  • Handling the addition and deletion requests

Qualifications

  • Must have very strong follow up, written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • English written and spoken is a must.
  • Multi-tasking.
  • 1-3 years' experience
  • Candidates should have basic computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc.)
