**Who you are:**

+ Solid understanding of SAN & NAS.
+ Networking and troubleshooting connectivity, name resolution and performance-based issues with OS and/or hardware. Microsoft clustering technologies and TCP/IP and DNS
+ Understanding backup theory and design. Backup and data management fundamentals
