What You'll Do
- Design and optimize end-to-end operational workflows for RFQ, Premium, and Flash Sale cycles.

- Develop and refine geo-aggregation, bidding, and procurement rules for efficiency and cost savings.
- Coordinate with logistics partners (3PLs) to guarantee on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Build and monitor dashboards and KPIs to track vendor performance, SLAs, and savings.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
- 5–8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or e-commerce marketplace.
- Prior experience in Amazon, Noon, or other leading marketplace/e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage.
- Strong skills in process design, data analysis, ERP/CRM tools, and logistics management systems.
