Key Responsibilities:
Program Development
:
- Working with cross-company stakeholders, design and implement integrated marketing programs to achieve strategic marketing objectives.
- Conduct internal and external research to understand market trends and customer needs.
Program Management
:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing initiatives.
- Work with various teams (e.g. sales, product and marketing teams) as well strategic and creative agencies to ensure alignment and successful execution.

Content Strategy Development:

- Map and categorize content suppliers and content type (best in practice) to meet campaign needs and share insights with the Global Campaign Manager.
- Oversee the optimization of content for user engagement, adapting to various markets and platforms to maximize global reach and engagement.
- Ensure content is effectively localized to engage international audiences while maintaining brand cohesion.
- Leverage AI and other technologies to enhance content creation processes and outputs, and use market and audience insights to guide content strategy.
Performance Analysis
:
- Analyze program performance using metrics and KPIs to optimize future programs.
- With the help of the data and digital team, use data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, inform strategy adjustments, and enhance overall campaign plans.
- Analyze content marketing data to spot trends, predict customer needs, and refine content strategies.
Additional Skills and Competencies:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies for large, complex organizations.
