- Ensure adherence to brand standards in marketing material across all channels and in restaurant collaterals.

- Research customer opinion and behaviour in order to provide better service and preferred marketing activity for our customers through social media monitoring and engagement, and reviewing customer feedback through all other channels.

- Understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the an IHG Code of Conduct and the Hotel's policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
- Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills.

What We need from you:
- 2+ years progressive work-related experience in corporate marketing environment with demonstrated technical proficiency related to the position including experience in end-to-end campaign management and/or loyalty marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in campaign management, global campaign adaptation or loyalty marketing
- Have local market & consumer knowledge – especially as relevant to the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills and results driven approach
- Good organizational and time management skills
- General knowledge of hotel systems and operations beneficial
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
- Demonstrated English proficiency in business context (reading, writing, and oral presentation)
