Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Lead located in Cairo. The Marketing Lead will oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies, conduct market research, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders. Daily tasks include leading the marketing team, developing sales strategies, optimizing customer service processes, and ensuring effective communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns across digital, social media, in-store, and offline channels.
- Deliver end-to-end execution: campaign planning, content creation, copywriting, coordinating with designers and agencies, publishing, and tracking.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities in Egypt's premium kitchen and home furniture market.
- Maintain consistency in brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
- Manage website and social media content, ensuring regular updates, high-quality visuals, and engaging storytelling.
- Coordinate and support showroom activations, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign results, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with business objectives and showroom requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

We are looking for a GTM expert to help us accelerate demand generation and drive us from early PMF (Product-Market Fit) to a more scalable, predictable growth model.
