**Main responsibilities**:
- Ensure that manufacturing processes are well defined according to Alstom standards (SMP, SML, EHS).
- Ensure that all the Manufacturing milestones are under control for his/her scope of responsibility.
- Ensure that processes are well under control (meaning training on special processes, process awareness for manufacturing management and blue collars, all standards known and applied).
- Warn managers and HR on the accuracy of skills matrix (updates, content,).
- Ensure that all industrial milestones are well in place, all milestone OK on time, with no open points after the deadline.
- Engage engineering or manufacturing in technical issues due to his / her experience and process knowledge.
- Ensure that data are 100% accurate (BoM, Routings, work instruction, reference and standards, control plans).
- EHS matching with site commitments.
- Open Issues Management at Project level. All points closed on time.
- Open Issues Management at Industrial level. All points closed on time.
- Industrial data accuracy.
- BoM & Method time management.
- Method Time in line with target.
**Experience Requirements**:
- Technical education.
- 3 years’ experience minimum in technical position (process engineering or quality, industrial).
- Manufacturing experience in **painting **activities.
- Technical knowledge of Manufacturing, expertise in his scope of responsability.
- Working knowledge in Quality, EHS standards.
- Good communication.
- Conscientious. Commits and delivers.
- Team Player. Spirit of “Team Trust Action”.
- Decisive. Obtains and uses necessary information to make decisions. Refers decision to others when appropriate.

- Analyzes data, reports, and processes in order to improve the productivity, profitability, and sustainability of the laundries and factories as well as the product through initiation and implementation of projects that optimize costs, efficiency, and quality._
- Recommends the best methods, processes, chemicals, equipment utilization, and processes in laundries and factories._
- Investigates, plans, and works with other departments, such as engineering, production, and quality, to carry out cost reduction plans by developing, analyzing and evaluating projects, developing action plans, coordinating, implementing, and following-up for results._
- Supports laundries and factories by working together and co-developing better solutions for things like crew structuring, process changes and improvements, and maximizing efficiencies._
