You will be responsible for the creation of process orders, managing and executing orders for Bulk & Raw ingredient materials for the plant, and maintaining floor & system inventory accuracy. Through this you will provide an uninterrupted supply of materials for the manufacturing process while preventing waste & following all policies and procedures of the company.

You will:
+ Work effectively with internal (production & supply planning teams, procurement, plant warehouse & logistics teams, plant BD-business development and other multi-functional resources) & external stakeholders (suppliers, transportation, vendors etc.) to ensure consistent and reliable supply of materials for production use in accordance to our standards, procedures and protocols. Proactively and timely report any production or Vendor/shipping/carrier issues, and enlist supplier, transporter, planning teams to pre-empt any business impact and/or accommodate changes production and/or delivery schedules as appropriate.
+ Execute MRPs-Material requirement planning systems, Defining & maintaining boundaries and parameters, Materials call offs processes; RM/PM - raw & packing materials and finish product supply chain set up for new products in collaboration with BD; Vendor conformance to schedule, Build self and other Key User's capability on SAP planning systems; Manage inventory for RM & PM and FP as per KPI targets, Plant DMS participation and alignment for Operational excellence, Support IBP preparation & dashboard completion, Adhering to Manufacturing compliance and governance standards.
+ Adopt IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working and standard work processes and own one or more Pillar systems/ processes at the site/ area level. Actively participate in SN-Supply Network pillar activities and lead systems and projects to drive Supply Chain Loss Analysis and elimination; work on Supply Network capabilities to drive value and loss elimination.

**The Role**:
**Where you fit in**
Rashpetco/Burullus is a Joint Venture (JV) company operating one of Egypt’s largest gas fields. The JV is the operator of the WDDM (West Delta Deep Marine) Field, which includes offshore wells/platforms and the 2.3 BCFD gas treatment plant located at Idku (Egypt North Coast). WDDM production supplying gas to the National Grid for internal use, and to the adjacent “Egypt LNG” plant for LNG export. Shell is a major partner in both Rashpetco and ELNG.
The current WDDM field and facilities is currently producing around 500 MMSCFD of gas & approx. 10,000 BPD of condensate. It also processes 3rd party gas from adjacent fields, and as such has a privileged position to support Egypt’s strategy to become a gas hub in the Mediterranean region. In order to manage field decline, Rashpetco is currently completing the Phase 9b development. It has also embarked on an ambitious exploration effort, currently drilling it deepest ever well.
Current success factors for Rashpetco include, i) controlling of late-life short-term unit operating costs, ii) maintaining and strengthening license to operate through effective management of HSE and Asset Integrity, thereby providing a solid plate-form to support the in-country growth aspiration
**What’s the role?**
- Design/asset optimisation activities concentrate on routine topics (guided by procedures or multiple precedents).
- Has greater exposure to process integration, as the job holder needs to integrate a wider range of disciplines when undertaking design activities for projects.
Works as an autonomous Process Engineer, translates the guidelines and standards into practice and solves common technical challenges.
- Works within company standards and policies under defined directions while receiving occasional guidance on techniques.
- Makes recommendations and improvements to existing processes.
- Carries out peer reviews and supports JG5s
- Ensures integration of related discipline activities to achieve delivery which is safe (all aspects of HSSE - personal/process safety and environment), fit for purpose and meeting cost-value optimisation.
- Performs tasks within design, operation, or maintenance of facilities/plant, interfacing with external stakeholders and managing contractors. Can be responsible for a budget (depending on role requirement).

- Managing the interfaces with the engineering team with different backgrounds and technical authorities
- Have a proven experience of developing facilities capacity limits taking into consideration different operating and design factors
- Full information and experience in process safety studies, such as HAID, HAZOP, SIL, QRA.etc
- Full awareness of Management of Change (MoC) and the needed steps to build an acceptable process to ensure tolerable risk is being managed
- Fully aware of ALARP demonstration and the role of the process engineering to ensure ALARP is being maintained
- Generating technical notes and engineering reports covering process engineering work as well as other engineering aspects that related to the job

- Overall Sales Budget responsibility of your area with the local distributors and direct project business:
- **Support building and maintaining Pre-Sales processes, including documentation.**:
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
- Follow up on proposals with contractors & consultants or direct customers
- Attend clarification meetings with Clients when required.
- Profitable daily business growth through local distributors/OEM in the delegated sales area
- Ensure that our partners get training and know-how to build existing and new products to enable the best local market support for GF Piping Systems
- Focus on growing our project business within the relevant market segments (Water Treatment and Chemical Process Industry) in liaison with the Project Team and Management. Developing the EPC Business and extending the connection to the existing EPCs and OEMs
- Tracking of all relevant projects in CRM and ensuring an efficient follow-up process in liaison with the Project Team and Internal Sales Department
- Monitor and respond to market trends within the segments
- Active participation in sales and marketing events such as exhibitions and customer seminars
**Your profile**:
- A degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in sales of industrial products (B2B)
- Ideally, experience in the Process Automation / Piping Systems industry
- Used to work on large job sites and the ability to read P&ID drawings
- Ability to multi-task and work independently and reliably on various projects with the team
- Experience in working effectively with international customers and cultures
- English language skills on a high professional level are a must, any other languages are an advantage
- **Important: The job is based in Egypt**
