Role Description
This is a full-time job for a Building Management Systems Sales Engineer located in El Sheikh Zaid. The Building Management Systems Sales Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day Sales offering for BMS systems. The role entails selecting, submitting technical and commercial offers for building management systems, and resolving issues as they arise. Additionally, the role involves following up with consultants and customers, ensuring the system efficiently and effectively fits the requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Power Engineering or Mechatronics.
- 0-3 years of experience in building management systems engineering, selection, and offering, with expertise in large commercial buildings solution is a plus.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Building Management Products and Integrated Building will be preferred
- Good background in HVAC.
- Knowledge of Building Solutions sales and technical offerings
is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Good business writing and Microsoft Office skills.

Business Analyst with highly analytical and detail-oriented and to lead a comprehensive Current State Assessment of our organization's technology ecosystem. This role is central to our digital transformation journey and will serve as the foundation for upcoming modernization and system integration efforts.
You'll act as the cross-functional detective who uncovers buried systems, undocumented
workflows, and data black holes, then turns them into actionable documentation. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, department heads, and our small but capable tech team to map out how things really work today.
You'll be laying the groundwork for a company-wide transformation that will touch every system, every user, and every customer. Responsibilities:
Current State Discovery
- Conduct in-depth workshops with all business departments and the existing tech team to document active and old systems.
- Map and document all current business processes, manual, semi-digital, and automated, and how they interact with internal systems.
System Audit & Integration Mapping
- Perform a system-wide audit of current technologies: CRM, web applications, ERP, accounting systems, customer portals, and any custom tools in use.
- Document all data flows and integration points between systems: APIs, manual uploads, shared databases, and Excel-based.
- Identify system redundancies, risks, and consolidation opportunities.
Knowledge Capture & Risk Mitigation
- Extract undocumented system knowledge from the tech team and business owners to mitigate key-person risk and preserve institutional memory.
- Produce clear, usable documentation (e.g. data flow diagrams, system maps, process charts) for future reference.
Customer Journey & Systems Touchpoint Analysis
- Analyze the end-to-end customer journey, highlighting where systems (or the lack of them) affect user experience.
- Help identify tech pain points impacting customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business analysis, particularly in complex or fragmented tech environments.
- Strong expertise in process mapping, system documentation, and integration analysis.
- Experience working with technical teams and understanding APIs, data models, and infrastructure (without needing to code).
- Ability to translate "tribal knowledge" into structured documentation.
- Strong facilitation skills for cross-functional workshops.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills (English essential, (Arabic preferred if local)).
