The RME supervisor will be responsible for the leadership/development and coaching of the team. Performance Management will be carried out by the RME supervisor - Maintenance. Key job responsibilities
- Lead, support and mentor the team, ensuring they are working in a safe, standard and efficient manner.
- Have subject matter expertise for critical MHE and Original Equipment Manufacturer assets, and be able to build knowledge on at the introduction of new assets into the network
- Handle basic troubleshooting for base building systems (FA/FF - Electrical distribution -HVAC-BMS- Plumbing )

- Supervise IFM contractor for refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings and equipment, fixed furniture and OPS equipment like Trolley, Cages, Carts
- Follow up MHE (conveyors) performance & OEE through SCADA system and manage technicians to reduce MHE downtime
- perform 2 GEMBA walk per shift according to schedule to ensure site & equipment readiness
About the team

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or automation engineering, or related field
3+ years of using a computer maintenance management system in planning, scheduling and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities experience
3+ years of data analysis in the facilities maintenance program, specifically in asset management and spare part optimization experience
3+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
High school or equivalent diploma
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Knowledge of diverse MHS, industrial mechanical and electrical systems and automation, controls and robotics systems

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
We are looking for motivated, customer-focused people who want to join our team as a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering person. The focus of the Facilities coordinator is to ensure safety regulations and policies are adhered to, to ensure preventative maintenance is conducted on time to a high standard and to provide high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement.
Shift Pattern: This role includes working in non-traditional shift pattern, which may include nights and weekends.
- Role model health & safety best practices and monitor those around them to ensure they follow the example they set
- Work in a hands-on manner and demonstrate SME (Subject Matter Expert) levels of knowledge on all MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in the building.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of using a computer maintenance management system in planning, scheduling and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities experience
- 6+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Travel up to 15% of the time
- Knowledge of diverse MHS, industrial mechanical and electrical systems and automation, controls and robotics systems
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in facilities management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation and maintenance

The RME Manager role is an integral part of the Amazon operations and will be responsible for all facilities maintenance tasks through direct reports and via third party contractors.
Position is a crucial to enable our Operations team to work on our Customers experience.
DUTIES:
The RME Manager is the direct superior of the Facilities team. Ensures safety focus by training, developing and coaching the team. Takes care of the high availability of the equipment by ensuring that all preventive maintenance is carried out and internal processes and procedures are created / maintained.
MAIN OBLIGATIONS:
- Lead, support and mentor the team based on identified barriers that ensures the team is working safely, with high standards and effectively.
- Ensure team expertise through training.
- Identifying root causes of problems and providing remedies
- Main deputy for the RME manager when he/she is not on site.
- Ensure, in cooperation with the team, compliance with safety regulations and record-keeping of activities performed

- Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot photo eye components, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, servo drives and frequency inverters etc. With the team
- Knowledge of Material handling systems equipment and its trouble shooting.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels in the organization.
- Ability to provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, engineering technology or equivalent
- Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System programs
- 7+ years of project management and implementation experience
- 8+ years of team leadership experience
- Experience with preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, and industrial electronics & robotics
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools such as: 5S 5Y FMEA PDCA Value Stream Mapping DMAIC Run Charts Pareto Analysis
- Experience with Blueprint and electrical schematic reading
