Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled 
Application Technical Manager
 to lead 
product application, site support, and technical service activities
 for CASTECH's range of 
concrete admixtures and building materials

The ideal candidate will combine 
concrete technology expertise

customer-facing and leadership skills
, ensuring our products deliver optimum performance on-site and meet international construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute 
    site trials, mock-ups, and product demonstrations
     for concrete admixtures and building materials.
  • Provide 
    technical support and training
     to customers, contractors, and ready-mix producers.
  • Conduct 
    mix design optimization, concrete performance testing, and troubleshooting
     at job sites.
  • Collaborate with 
    Sales, R&D, and Production teams
     to ensure product suitability and field performance.
  • Prepare 
    technical documentation
     such as test reports, data sheets, and method statements.
  • Deliver 
    technical presentations
     to consultants and project stakeholders for product approvals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering

    Materials Science

  • Minimum 
    5–8 years of experience

    construction chemicals or concrete admixtures

  • Strong knowledge of 
    concrete technology, mix design, and field applications

  • Excellent
