7+ years of experience in purchasing for high-tech manufacturing, including experience in the following: measuring supplier capability and capacity, annual cost and inventory reduction
Previous team leadership experience, Project Management direct supervisory experience strongly preferred including talent development and resource planning
Previous experience with ERP/MRP systems, Oracle preferred
Microsoft Office Experience and PowerPoint Presentation Skills
Demonstrated supplier/Contractor negotiation, decision-making, organizational and communication skills

The Logistics Specialist should ensure that all import shipments are timely managed and contribute effectively to secure the production line from stoppage.

Supervise all import shipments and release from port within standard lead time.

Prepare and create ACID (Advance Cargo Information Declaring) for any new import shipments.

Validate all payments related to import shipments (E-finance, shipping line payments, service provider payments).

Monitor and control declaring lead time by using Tracking Control Sheet to guarantee all shipments released from port within deadlines.

Prepare and present daily reporting of overseas logistics topics in SCM meeting by using tracking and stock reports to share daily updates to management.

Ensure that the needs of our production are met through investigating and imported parts with our overseas suppliers.

Monitor and Controls all shipments with the shipping line and confirm actual time departure date and actual time arrival date at port.

Prepare and report monthly report mentioned that ( sea stock, port stock and inventory stock)

Solve any problem happened with shipping line, customs authority and our service provider.

Review and confirm all settlements related to the service provider.

**Qualifications and relevant experience**:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or relevant

2-3 years of experience in a supply chain management or overseas logistics customs declaring

Good knowledge of customs authority standard process and production control plan, shipments Analysis

Good knowledge of MTS system and ACID system

**Major responsibilities**:

- Handling all NON-Raw Material (air shipments, ocean shipments, Spare parts) shipments and keep track of the details of each shipment.
- Preparing NON-Raw Material (air shipments, LCL shipments, Spare parts) Report on daily basis.
- Give instructions to the transporter to clearance and arrival of NON-Raw Material shipments.
- Prepare Marine Insurance, Fumigation Certificate & follow up for COA from QC department.
- Coordinate with Raw Material Warehouse for material receipt and unloading.
- Attending MEG vessels and following up discharge operations.
- Receiving invoices and arranging issuing Form 13 for vendors and shipping lines.
- Revise and monitor the preparing of document of approx. 150/20 DC per week for Import.
- Handling all Raw material shipments and keep track of the details of each shipment.
- Follow up all air shipments, LCL shipments, Spare parts, and MEG vessels.
- Follow up with GAFI department to issue the GAFI on time.
- Follow up all the free zone special procedures of import shipments.

Are you interested in a Supply Chain career in P&G? The Supply Chain Analyst has the analytical overview of the import lanes into Europe. The analyst will use global standard work processes and solutions for the activation of cross-customs border lanes, zooming in into the logistic aspects of such a lane to support the configuration of the relevant systems and sourcing the relevant services for the lane.
