**Responsibilities**:
- Perform and implement all Air / Sea / Ocean freight shipment ( Import & export ) such as shipping documents review, select a proper shipping method, dealing with freight forwarders/agencies, follow up from origin to final destination
- Follow up and assure the quality of all custom clearance activities such as following upcoming shipments, document transactions, and day-to-day related activities in accordance with the objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Participating in the development of the Customs Clearance Section's work plan and preparing work schedules and expediting workflow to improve the efficiency of the Customs Clearance Section.
- Following up with the operation department and Clients for the reception of a complete set of shipping documents for customs clearance purposes, and ensure its compliance with Egypt Customs regulations and exemption lists requirements.
- Coordinating and liaising with the Clearing Agents and prepare supporting documents required for clearance.
- Analysis of transportation/freight spend and tie to the financial and cost control
- Drive data analysis and business case development for key projects & lead Logistics activities in project
- Coordinating and communicating shipment delivery requirements with freight forwarders
- Responsible for timely, accurate and complete record keeping on ERP for ETA, ETD for Ops sites arrival.
- Support standardization of transportation and freight processes across the Inbound SC processes.
- Support warehousing activities related to shipping as packing, stuffing, lashing, securing, labeling IMO packaging.etc.
**Requirements**:
- Min experience of five years.
- Related experience ( Air Freight, Sea freight, Customs clearance ( in FZ activities is preferable ).
