Logistics / Supply Chain Manager
to oversee our procurement, warehousing, and delivery operations while managing and guiding our existing team.
Working Hours:
9 AM to 5 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
What You Will Do:
- Monitor material flow from warehouse to production, ensuring proper usage and accountability of raw materials, and coordinating with the production team to minimize waste and inefficiencies.
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement and warehousing to customer delivery, ensuring on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage and support the logistics team (warehouse staff, procurement officer, and drivers).
- Create and manage the drivers' schedule to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.
- Ensure all shipping documents (invoices, COO, packing lists, bills of lading) are accurate and completed on time.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to prevent shortages.
- Supervise warehouse operations, including loading plans aligned with capacity and delivery schedules.
- Track orders and shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain regular communication with customers and logistics partners.
- Handle customer complaints (if any) with clear internal action plans and accountability.
- Negotiate with suppliers, maintain strong vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with trade regulations and company policies.
- Continuously improve processes to maximize efficiency and delivery performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience
in logistics, supply chain, or operations management (manufacturing experience preferred). - Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems or logistics software.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
