- Lead and execute field service projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction

In this role, you will impact on the accuracy and competitiveness of our project bids, ensuring that they align with customer expectations and company standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and provide detailed cost estimates that support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Estimation of ELV/ICT packages - Input study, generation of RFI's, equipment take-off, device selection, Solution design, Controller and Server Sizing, preparation of BOQ costing, cable schedule.
+ ICT Skillsets- Networking, LAN/WAN, Wireless communication, Network Switches (L2/L3), Firewalls, Routers, Wireless controllers, Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Structured Cabling. ICT certifications/awards such as Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft (MCP), VMware etc. will be added advantage.
+ Developed knowledge on various system integration such as Security, Fire alarm, Public address, Nurse Call, Intercom, AV, IPTV, Master Clock, VoIP telephone communication etc. will be an added advantage.
+ Proposals- Studying specifications and arrive at inclusion/ exclusion list, qualifications/ assumptions/ deviations along with the technical proposal.
+ Technical submittals - Preparation of system architecture, floor risers, specification compliance etc. as per regional requirements.
+ Commercial exposure - Vendor management, taxations.

+ Work closely with the P&E Leader to produce the best technical solution for all ELV/ICT Bid Proposals. as your ultimate deliverable within time and quality.
+ Capture the bid/no-bid (BNB) process and work across all functions to obtain the necessary approvals within the bidding time cycle.
+ Manage relationship with potential & existing clients to be able to shorten the bid proposal time plan while maintaining quality measures set by Honeywell.
+ Apply good understanding of project' deployment, engineering/estimation processes and strong market' awareness and cultural influence, to be able to guide the team members on prioritization.
+ Work closely with sales & business development teams in understanding and assessing customers' requirements.
+ Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision & release Quality Bid deliverables.
+ You should be able to interact with internal/external clients and present the professional image of Honeywell.
+ Work in close liaison with Bid Manager and P&E Leader and preparing P&E Slides for Leadership-Review Decks (L-Deck). Take Lead Role in chartering L Review Calls for all the Bids handled.
