As a Government Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the relationship between the CRM's and the relevant government portals. You will work closely with internal stakeholders (Cluster CRM's) to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws, as well as to develop and implement strategies that promote the Company's and Client interests and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the Client and government authorities at all levels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Government officials, CRM's, Clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest rules and regulations and best practices in Government Portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, MHRSD, MOFA, MISA, ETIMAD etc.
- Monitor and analyze relevant policy developments and changes that may impact the Clients operations such as Nitaqat, Saudization job titles etc., and provide timely feedback to the relevant CRM.
- Provide guidance to internal CRM's on regulatory compliance issues and government affairs matters.
