Job Title: Leasing Specialist

What you'll be doing
- Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight community features and amenities.
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner.
- Guide prospects through the leasing process, including application, screening, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, rent pricing, and competitor properties.
- Achieve leasing goals set by management and contribute to high occupancy rates.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings, social media posts, outreach events, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all leasing documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and local laws.
- Handle resident concerns or service requests and communicate with the maintenance and management teams as needed.
- Support resident retention by participating in community events and building positive relationships with tenants.
Requirements for the Job
- 2–3 years of residential leasing experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
