Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).

Previous experience in customer support, sales support, or a related role (preferably in financial services or investment sectors).
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Odoo (or similar platforms).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
