Job Duties

Under broad direction, this position is responsible for advising the company concerning simple to moderately complex legal issues related to business activities. Researches the intent of laws and judicial decisions and applies them to specific circumstances as applicable to company business. A Bachelors degree is required, while a Masters degree is preferred. In the US, a Juris Doctor (JD) in law is required. Three years of experience is required. Must be licensed to practice law in applicable areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited university.
