We are seeking an ERP Analyst to join our Financial Systems team, focusing on the maintenance and support of Oracle ERP (NetSuite) and connected financial systems. The ideal candidate will support system stability, troubleshoot issues, work on enhancements, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and resolve ERP-related tickets across finance modules (GL, AP, AR, etc.)
• Investigate and resolve integration errors between ERP and connected systems
• Coordinate with users to replicate and resolve issues promptly
• Manage small system configuration changes and user permission updates
• Assist in testing patches, new releases, and enhancements
• Create and maintain functional documentation for recurring support issues, workflows, and configurations

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Technology, Accounting or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in ERP support or financial systems analysis, ideally with NetSuite or similar platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle)
• Strong understanding of IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in ticketing systems and change management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
• Experience with system administration, user management, and functional testing
• Familiarity with SuiteScript or other ERP scripting tools is a plus

1. Design, Implement & maintain Cloud Security Measures for public/private Cloud Infrastructure Platforms. This includes Securing Virtual Machines, storage Systems, Networks or Cloud Resources.
