  • Manage invoice life cycle process.
  • Billing reconciliation, management, and reporting for telecom & IT Invoice Process.

    Reviews monthly telecommunication invoices, analyze, and resolve discrepancies, which may require extensive research, involved with purchase orders, invoices, and receiving confirmations.
  • Database cleanup of current inventories for telecommunication lines, circuits.
  • Maintains and modifies existing and new databases, spreadsheets, and systems as needed.
  • Assists in gathering information and preparing budget and telecommunications reports and spreadsheets.
  • Define Billing Item Groups and assign Billing Items to Groups
  • Maintain Accounts/AP and Invoice Trending Report/Accrual Reports.
  • Working knowledge of vendor portals & billing systems.

What does this role aim to achieve in the firm/what impact does the role create

As a Financial Crime Associate within PwC's Managed Services team, you will support the delivery of financial crime compliance services to leading financial institutions across the Middle East. Based in Egypt, you will be part of a regional operations hub focused on executing KYC remediation, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and other anti-financial crime activities.

You will work under the guidance of experienced managers and subject matter experts, applying PwC's methodologies and tools to help clients meet regulatory expectations and internal risk standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily tasks and delivery expectation

  • Conduct KYC reviews and remediation activities in line with client policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Perform customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and periodic reviews for various entity types.

  • Support transaction monitoring and sanctions screening investigations, escalating suspicious activity as needed.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and data entry into client systems and PwC tools.

  • Collaborate with regional teams to meet quality and productivity targets.

Job Summary/Objective

The Managed Services Support Specialist – ManageEngine is responsible for proactively managing, maintaining, and supporting ManageEngine tools deployed at client environments. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ICFR Specialist to join our Risk Managed Services team in the UAE . This role will support clients in designing, implementing, and testing internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR), with a focus on regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and audit readiness.

This role is part of our Risk Managed Services offering. You will oversee a portfolio of client engagements and work closely with our Managed Services delivery teams to ensure high quality and efficient execution of ICFR engagements.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in control frameworks such as COSO, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multi-entity engagements. This is a client-facing role requiring collaboration with finance, compliance, and audit stakeholders.

Roles And Responsibilities
Daily tasks and delivery expectation

  • Lead and execute ICFR engagements across multi-entity structures, ensuring alignment with COSO and other relevant frameworks.
  • Perform walkthroughs, gap assessments, and control validations for financial and operational processes.
  • Develop and maintain Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs), including Entity-Level Controls (ELCs), Process-Level Controls (PLCs), and IT General Controls (ITGCs).
  • Oversee a team of Managed Services Analysts in our delivery hubs to ensure quality of testing and documentation of outcomes
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders including finance teams, compliance officers, and external auditors to ensure effective control design and implementation.
  • Support automation initiatives within ICFR processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and control enhancement.

  • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, particularly COSO, and their application in financial reporting environments.
  • Proficiency in execution of control testing methodologies, including design and operating effectiveness assessments.
