Job Description
To handle product support activities including providing designs and/or recommended solutions, fulfilling technical support needs to sales team. Along with suggested pricing based on the price list of the suppliers and expected competition.
- Have a basic understanding of products portfolio both technically and market positioning.
- Designs technical solutions for the entire integrated solution components. (H/W, S/W license, network, connectivity etc.)
- Responsible for helping the Sales Team achieve the sales targets assigned by the Commercial Manager / General Manager.
- Identifies the potential supplier(s) list for the provided solution(s) with the support of the Products Team Leader / Business Development Manager.
- Prepares technical write-up and associated drawings that describe the solution and highlight the advantages of the proposed solution.
- Studies the available solutions of the competitors to be able to provide the optimum solution emphasizing our strong points and hiding our weak points.
- Keep aware continuously of market trends and offerings related to their portfolio of products.
- Involved in customer meetings aimed to describe/discuss the proposed solution and highlight advantages over competitors.
- Continuously search for and recommend new products or product ranges.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar position.

- **Product Specification Development**: Work collaboratively with R&D to write detailed technical specifications and product requirements documents. Ensure these documents accurately reflect the needs identified through market research.
- **Project Management**: Act as the main point of contact between R&D and other departments, ensuring all parties are aligned on project goals and timelines. Regularly follow up with R&D to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- **Quality & Certification Oversight**: Oversee the certification process for all neonatal products, ensuring they comply with relevant standards and regulations. Manage the analysis of product components as required for certification.
- **Accessory Preparation**: Coordinate the development and preparation of all necessary accessories for neonatal products, ensuring they enhance the product's value and usability.
- **Product Validation**: Ensure that all products meet the initial requirements and specifications through rigorous testing and validation processes. Address any discrepancies by working closely with R&D.
- **Post-Market Surveillance**: Implement and manage a system for post-market surveillance, collecting and analyzing feedback from users to identify areas for improvement. Relay this feedback to R&D to inform future product enhancements.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field.**
**- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or development, specifically with neonatal care products.**
**- Strong understanding of the neonatal product market and the specific needs of this demographic.**
**- Experience with product certification processes and a thorough understanding of relevant standards and regulations.**
**- Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.**
**- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research techniques.**
**- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.**
**Desirable Skills**:
