**About this opportunity**
This role will be part of Solution Area BSS (Business Support System) in Market Area Middle east and Africa, especially charging system.
This requires extensive telecom and BSS business knowledge to be able to drive customer dialogues, design and implement solutions. He is expected to engage with the customers and Ericsson solution architects in a consultative approach to be able to identify areas of improvement and come out with a solution.
**What you will do**
- Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build
- Responsible for Business Support Systems Solutions/Products integration
- Responsible for BSS solution implementations
- Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis
- Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
- Support CSR (customer solution responsible) or Solution Architect within Sales & Delivery Life cycle of projects/programs
- Implement Solutions, including standard Ericsson BSS Portfolio and qualified 3PP (Third Party Publishing) solutions/services partners.
- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing
**You will bring**
- Minimum B.Sc. Degree in related disciplines with 6 or more years of relevant experience in telecom/IT information systems consulting, pre-sales and solution implementations.
- Education: BS Engineering (Telecom/ Computers/ Communications and Information/ IT)
- Excellent technical knowledge of telecom concept, processes, and solutions.
- Good understanding of service provider’s business and information systems.
- Domain experience: area of expertise - BSS, in specific Charging System, with well versed in Protocols (SS7, Camel, Diameter)
- Cloud and virtualization knowledge is a plus.
- Proven experience in implementing BSS solutions
- Exposure to XLPM Process -is a plus
