- Day-to-day operations of administration activities on linux / unix operation systems.
- Managing the operation and administration activities on Container platform Technologies.
- Day-to-day performance monitoring.
- Participate in a 24x7 call-out rotation.
- Install new software releases and system upgrades, evaluate and install OS patches and resolve software related issues.
- Ticket and standard changes response for customer with valid support contract.
- Updating the technical documentation and the team knowledge base.
- Take lead in resolving operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement necessary corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Yaml,.).
- Experience with automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Puppet).
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, lpar2rrd and other.- Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science or related field.
- Understanding of network standards, such as DHCP, DNS, SSL, TCP, UDP, IP, QoS and ICMP.
- Understanding of networking concepts, such as load balancing and routing. Ability to carry out basic network troubleshooting in a server runtime.
- Strong Experience on Linux/Unix OS Administrations.
- Red hat Certification is plus.
- Experience on container technologies (Docker, Kubernates, OpenShift) are Plus.
- Experience on automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Puppet).
- Experience on Shell Scripting & Devops Tools (Jenkins, GitLab, ) are plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ITIL Foundation Certificate is plus.
