an Investment Banking Analyst / Senior Analyst
to join our rapidly growing team.

. You will be involved in all stages of live transactions and strategic advisory mandates, from preparing materials to engaging directly with clients and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution of M&A and capital raising transactions across a range of industries.
- Build financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, trading comps, precedent transactions, etc.).
- Conduct company, market, and industry research to support pitch materials and investment theses.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, information memorandums, teasers, and other marketing materials.
- Participate in due diligence processes and coordinate with clients, legal, and other external advisors.
- Join client calls and internal strategic discussions to gain exposure to live deal dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
- CFA Level I or above, or a Master's degree, is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience
in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting. - Solid understanding of corporate finance principles and valuation techniques.
- Strong financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are essential.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.

Responsible for assisting the Project Finance Manager in managing the project finance deals in coordination with Network/CIBD, including analyzing the transactions, due diligence process.
Perform high-level due diligence on the client eligibility including dealing with other technical/environmental or legal consultants if needed (in house or external), requesting the required documents/reports, studying the reports/documents, site visits, client visit, etc.
Assist in structuring the Facilities main terms and condition, Business plan construction.
Assist in preparation of the Authorization to Proceed (ATP) Memos for required transactions.
Assist in preparation of the credit proposal memo / file, supporting the Branch in fulfilling the required approvals and negotiating with risk (if required).
Review the credit application and documentation related to project finance deals and support the Network/CIBD in preparation of the documentations and in assist in negotiation with legal consultant/other banks, etc. for the execution and booking process.
Assist the Project Finance Manager in supporting the Network / CIBD in complex project finance transactions implementation and providing guidelines to Network/CIBD for proper monitoring the project completion/acquisition financing/other complicated transaction implementation.
Ensure facilitating the execution and booking of project finance files to ensure implementation is meeting scheduled deadlines.
Construct and establish Business Models and assist in negotiating with syndicate banks in case of acting as the Modeling Banks under the Syndicated Transactions.
Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible.
Ensure the correct adoption of policies and procedures in order to guarantee that the bank business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal Rules and Regulations, as well as International Standards

Collect and prepare required documents from the clients for credit memo preparation.
Maintain regular follow up over facilities documentations, credit approvals, and operations follow up.
Prepare internal reports (Call Reports, EWI etc.)
Ensure maintaining organized and updated electronic archiving of the documents (approvals, memos, legal documents, financials, …etc.)
