Role Overview

The Fundraising & Investment Advisor will be responsible for
end-to-end fundraising activities

Key Responsibilities

  • Fundraising Strategy:

  • Investor Outreach:
    Identify, connect with, and maintain relationships with VCs, angels, family offices, and institutional investors.
  • Pitching & Storytelling:
    Refine our pitch deck, financial model, and investment narrative to resonate with investors.
  • Negotiation & Deal Structuring:
    Lead negotiations on valuation, terms, and investment structures, ensuring win-win agreements.
  • Due Diligence Management:
    Oversee the due diligence process, ensuring smooth coordination between investors, legal, and internal teams.
  • Financial & SaaS Metrics Management:
  • Track, analyze, and present key SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn, Payback Period, etc.).
  • Build investor-ready dashboards and financial projections.
  • Relationship Management:
    Build long-term relationships with investors and stakeholders to support current and future fundraising rounds.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully raising funds for SaaS or technology startups (Seed → Series A/B).
  • Strong network of venture capitalists, angel investors, and institutional partners.

Overview
A busy role with high exposure to Cluster and Regional Management, requires multi- tasking as well as travelling within Cluster, to connect with boarder team, remote team members and ManCom. This role reports into the Finance Director for MENAPT and will manage a team of six people

Responsibilities

  • Lead MENAPT Corplan process and monthly S&OP process
