What You'll Be Doing:

Handle Suppliers: You'll set up new suppliers in our system and make sure all their information and contracts are up-to-date.

Manage Purchasing: You will be in charge of buying all the things we need for our operations in Egypt, North America, and Europe.

Check Invoices: You'll review invoices to make sure they match our purchase orders and receipts, and you'll help solve any problems with supplier bills to ensure they get paid on time.

Solve Problems: You'll be the main person to talk to suppliers and sort out any issues or questions they have.

Keep Things Moving: You'll keep an eye on all pending requests in our system and process them every day.

Know the Market: You'll learn about local suppliers and prices to help us make smart buying decisions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, business, supply chain or any related fields.
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required C1 Profile.
  • Proven 1 year experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier management.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar procurement systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and organized approach to work.
