• Handle and solve any operational issues related to shipments.
Requirements:

Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Import/Export Coordinator to manage and oversee all international logistics activities, with a strong focus on imports. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling high volumes of import/export transactions and strong knowledge of both air and sea shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, letters of credit, certificates of origin, etc.).
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Track and monitor shipments, proactively resolving any delays or discrepancies.
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and government requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, duties, tariffs, and related costs.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments (procurement, production, finance) to align logistics with production schedules.
- Negotiate with freight forwarders and shipping agents to secure the most cost-effective rates and transit times.
